11 April 2023: Meant to make this post on day 1200, but missed the milestone. Anyway, today marks 1203 consecutive days of at least ten-thousand steps. I took today's long walk--on a mid-morning work break--in short sleeves on what turned out to be a kind of perfect spring day.
