Proposal vs. book

2 June 2021: I keep having to remind myself that this book proposal (due at the end of July) is just the proposal. When I forget, I feel overwhelmed. 

The proposal? That I can get done by the end of July. Made some decent progress today, though most of it was in my head (in a good way--working out ideas up there).

Deep breaths. Keep going.
