"In Too Deep"

15 May 2024: The older I get, the more I appreciate this song. The chorus gets to me--the way it feels like he is talking to himself as much as he is to the other person. It's quiet and whispered in those choruses but then kind of lightly takes off at the end, to who knows where--and that makes the ending kind of fascinating. (Rainy day feels, too!) 

(And American Psycho is overrated.)
