"The Break-Up Tape"

17 January 2023: Feeling a bit anxious and stressed this evening and just want some TV comfort food. "The Break-Up Tape" episode of Everybody Loves Raymond is doing the trick right now.  I know it well enough to anticipate the lines and deliveries that make me laugh, which is a kind of comfort in itself. The writing is so funny and even offers a really sweet ending. I know this show gets a bad rap for allegedly depicting a marriage where the couple doesn't like each other, but that seems like a simplification to me, as this episode makes clear.
