Maybe she isn't cut out to be a teacher?
Threatening to sue your students because they disagree with you? Good grief. There are some days when I would love to have them disagree with me--because it means they are actually thinking. More here and here.
Interesting.. Hopefully the students don't follow suit and start suing the teachers (especial English teacher who can't do math!! or figure out how long a month is...hee hee hee!!!)
but... I agree with your subject line... maybe she isn't cut out to be a teacher!
