Farewell reception...

7 December 2024: Some bittersweet emotions this evening at a farewell gathering for my friend and colleague, Jim, who had taken a position at the University of Richmond. He's just such a special person: smart, kind, hard-working, and just the best person. I'll miss him and his family so much.
