I can't resist the urge anymore...
A friend of mine posted this on her Facebook page and it made me laugh so hard. For some reason, I said I wouldn't post it, but I can't help myself. I feel obligated to share it with you, faithful readers (basically that's you, Shannon).
wow... those are so serious dance moves! I wonder if Beth learned any of those in that dance class she took in college (or maybe she was the choreographer???).
so...you know... I am now going to have to spend my day at work tomorrow googling "benny lava" and trying to figure out what the song is really about!!
Thanks to you Heidi, I cannot get "Benny Lava" out of my head! I have caught myself humming it in the car, in the shower,--so sad, but hey, it is a catchy tune!

ok.. so before I read your comment. I did a quick google search. seems as benny lava has intrigued quite a few people.
this site/blog has the original lyrics and the "english" version. this person had way too much time on their hands!
